About

Me, Mo

Born and raised in the Philippines, I grew up in a wonderful home with my Mom, Dad, and two Brothers. My dad, a United States Navy Civilian, served as the Power Generation lead for Subic Bay and Cubi Point. After his retirement, which marked over 40 years with the US Navy, we moved to Hawaii in the early 90s. My educational journey took me through Maui Community College and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In 1997, I enlisted in the Air Force, eventually earning a commission after obtaining my bachelor’s degree. With a combined 25 years of service, I reached retirement.

Over the course of 25 years, my husband Dan and I, united for nearly two decades, have been the greatest sources of joy in my life.

What’s the Logo All About?

This logo is special to us. It’s a side view profile of a lady’s head. Back in 2002, my lovely husband and I had our first date at a coffee shop at the Fremont Street Experience in old Las Vegas, Nevada. It was during that date that he said something incredibly funny and he told me later that I was so amused by his joke that I turned my head sideways and he saw a profile he could not forget. So, we’ve decided to find a logo that would reflect our beautiful union. This is what we found and we’re happy to share a small piece of us with you.

What’s Next:

Recent life events have paved the way for a new venture. My husband played a crucial role in supporting my pursuit of “the dream,” involving a camera, people, and places. This time, I’m dedicating significant time, education, and deep focus to make this my next “big thing.”

The opportunities to travel, capture moments, sharpen my skills, and share them only scratch the surface. Armed with gear and tools, I observe the world as it is, seeking inspiration in unique and fleeting moments. My goal is to transport you to unexplored places, unveil unnoticed wonders, and hopefully, you’ll discover something amazing in the images I capture, perhaps even inspiring you to explore the world yourself.

As we settle in our new spot in Maryland, the plan is to find client work within our local and surrounding communities to capture the images that make Maryland the beautiful landscape to photograph.
