About

Me, Mo

Born and raised in the Philippines, I grew up in a wonderful home with my Mom, Dad, and two Brothers. My dad, a United States Navy Civilian, served as the Power Generation lead for Subic Bay and Cubi Point. After his retirement, which marked over 40 years with the US Navy, we moved to Hawaii in the early 90s. My educational journey took me through Maui Community College and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In 1997, I enlisted in the Air Force, eventually earning a commission after obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree and later, my Master’s Degree. With a combined 25 years of service, we retired.

Our Tone and Voice

The tone of our art are calm, elevated, observant, minimal. Our voice, understated confidence and poetic precision. We strive for authenticity, sovereignty, refinement, and slow-craft in every image we create.

What’s the Logo All About?

This logo is special to us. It’s a side view profile of a lady’s head. Back in 2002, my lovely husband and I had our first date at a coffee shop at the Fremont Street Experience in old Las Vegas, Nevada. It was during that date that he said something incredibly funny and he told me later that I was so amused by his joke that I turned my head sideways and he saw a profile he could not forget. So, we’ve decided to find a logo that would reflect our beautiful union. This is what we found and we’re happy to share a small piece of us with you.

What’s Next:

Recent life events have paved the way for a new venture. My husband played a crucial role in supporting the pursuit of “the dream,” involving traveling to places far and wide with camera in tow.

The opportunities to travel, capture moments, sharpen skills, and share them only scratch the surface. Armed with tools and knowledge, our goal is to capture the world as it is, seek inspiration in the unique and fleeting moments, and transport you to unexplored places and unnoticed wonders.
